Relational Therapy

  • Friendship

Friendship is my favorite thing. Seriously! Friendships tend to not be prioritized like romantic relationships, but that trend is starting to shift. And like relationships with family or partners, friends face conflict, communication issues, collective grief, differences in love languages, and so much more.

Friendships deserve support! If you and a friend are struggling and are open to an unconventional way to move forward, let’s talk.

  • Siblings

Approximately 33% of adults who have siblings report estrangement or high conflict with their siblings. Between sibling rivalries, bullying, and life transitions (like going to college, taking care of parents, or navigating parents’ separation), building and maintaining a close relationship with siblings can be so hard.

I would be honored to work with you and your sibling(s) to heal from past wounds, process shared trauma, and build a stronger bond to face life’s challenges together.

  • Queer Couples

Basic couples therapy, but rainbow-themed! All couples experience similar challenges - finances, love languages, intimacy, etc. LGBTQ+ couples often face more systemic challenges - minority stress, family acceptance, building community, political uncertainty, and more.

I want to learn your story as a couple and support your relationship - whether through strengthening your connection, resolving conflicts, or processing struggles that are unique to queer families.
